A national rollout meant a run of stores reaching practical completion on different dates, each needing the same finish before handover. The client wanted one supplier who could hold a consistent standard across every location, rather than briefing a different cleaner in each town.

What we did

We acted as the single cleaning supplier across the programme, mobilising to each site on its own completion date and working to one agreed scope and standard everywhere.
